TESTING MATERIALS & EXAMS
We are proud to feature food safety education and
certification programs for employees and managers in the
following curriculum: National Registry of Food Safety
Professionals® (NRFSP), ServSafe® and Prometric®. We utilize
training materials from the National Environmental Health
Association (NEHA) and the National Restaurant Association
Education Foundation.
Our Food Safety Program is dedicated to working with the
Environmental Health Departments of Maryland, Virginia,
Washington, DC, Pennsylvania and Florida in providing the
Food Service and Hospitality Industries with quality, cost
effective training.

MANAGER’S FOOD SAFETY &
ALCOHOL CERTIFICATION
Training is available EVERYDAY at our School or at your
facility!
After completing the training and passing the exam, each
student receives a Certified Professional Food Manager’s
Certification or Alcohol Awareness Certification.
Certification is mandatory in Annapolis City, Baltimore
City, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s and
Fairfax Counties. Certification is valid for Three years
in Maryland and DC. Five years in Virginia.
